Hat Factory has newly renovated the Lounge and three signature Guest Suites. The Lounge is located on the third floor and is accessible only with special permission. Our signature Guest Suites comfortably fit 15+ guests. Each suite maintains a unique style and decor:

- VIP entrance on Virginia Street (skip the line)
- Includes admission
- 1 bottle of house champagne per room
- Appetizer tray
- Private balcony
- Private bar
- Complimentary beverages (soda, water, etc.)
- Unobstructed view of the stage
- Flat-screen TV with live feed from the stage
- Private restroom
- Use of pool table and foosball table
- Door host for guest list and invitations
- Licensed Security
- Private DJ upgrade available
- Access to the Lounge Bar with bartender or server
$500 per room, includes house champagne and admission. Rent all three for $1000 (holds 60 guests)
We can also stock the room with specific items or foods for an additional cost.
